Microsoft Lists (aka SharePoint lists) and forms have come a long way in the recent years and now work on any device, and with minimum effort look great using built-in formatting techniques. We set up lists for request submittal and general record keeping with connected Microsoft Power Automate workflows for data processing and approvals. If more complex forms are required, we can develop SPFx webparts that connect to the list.
